TJ operates Arrow Services from a stewardship mentality. He spends his time brainstorming ideas, onboarding new clients, and solving problems.
He has a love for all thing old and unique. Crunching numbers and caring for a family fill his days.
Nathan Bear
Client Account Administrator
Nate spends his time overseeing client accounts, scheduling team member projects and assignments, and keeping the other Bears in line. Time in the pilot's seat is the epitome of joy for Nate.
Nelson Bear
Client Account Administrator
Nelson spends his time patiently training new team members, overseeing client accounts, calling the IRS, and eating DG cookies. Nelson finds pleasure in dad jokes and grilling a perfect brisket.
Marla Bear
Bookkeeping
Marla faithfully attends to the nitty gritty details of client books. Methods and patterns make work click for her. Conversations of nostalgia and people connections, along with good coffee, keep her interested.
Amber McDowell
Payroll
When not in her kitchen creating something amazing, Amber keeps paychecks heading your way and wards off delinquent withholding notices. Time with nieces and nephews is a guaranteed joy.

Drew wades through pages and pages of bank statements on a regular basis. For him, Excel is a sort of game. He clears his brain with family time, making ice cream, and tending his permaculture homestead.

When not tending to her home, Brenda manages the many stacks of papers in the office and helps to keep things functional and orderly. Time with friends is always time well spent.

We are not Certified Public Accountants and do not claim to give legal advice concerning tax laws. However, we do try to maintain a knowledge of tax laws in order to best assist you in compliance. As part of our mission to provide accurate books, we will not engage in shady and fraudulent record keeping. If your goal is to illegally evade taxes, we are not the bookkeepers for you. We hold a conservative view on the definition of an employee vs. a subcontractor.
